I've been wanting to post this for a while but life kinda' gets in the way.... In case anyone's been wondering where this car went - this is the car on the cover of "Ford Police Cars 1932-1997". It's pretty well documented and was previously owned prior to me by Rob Nadeau in Ontario. We imported the car back into the U.S. January 2, 2016. It's been well taken care of and gets shown a lot. It took 2nd the last 2 years at the Carlisle Ford Nationals and we plan to have it there this year too. Since we bought it, it's received a new heater core (heat now works!), had an A/C leak fixed (very important since it gets driven a lot in the summer) and new tires. I also had the correct rear light brackets made (thanks for the plans John!). It was missing a scanner which is now in the car. Other than regular maintenance I think that's it.

Here's a pic from a show last summer. My son in law (a Frederick County Sheriff's Deputy) was able to make it so he got to drive the car that day and I drove over my '66. Unfortunately because of his schedule he can't make many shows, but we have a good time when he can. So a police officer is back in the car! If anyone has any information on the car or the officer it was assigned to when it was in service, or how I can get that info, please let me know. Other than when and where it was assigned (Redding CA area 1985-1989) all the history I have is after the car was sold at auction.

I believe your car was owned at one time by John Bujosa. Here it is at an EVOOA meet at Sparks. NV in Sept. 2001 where I saw it. All I remember about it was the wildly inaccurate lighting setup it had at the time, hope that's corrected now. Sorry, these crappy pics are all I could find.
