find info from Ford?
How can I find out what unit number my new SSP is? I want to put it down on the form to join the SSMOA. Also, can I contact Ford to find out how my car was ordered from Texas?
When I have more time, I'll post some pictures of the car at Indy! On route from purchasing it in Kansas, we stopped in and they let me take advantage of some photo ops! |

Unit # here also. Matt B. pic I think. |
Yep one of my old car and this is my current 87 same general location... The 89-93 had the unit number on a tag that was located on the panel near the driver side door striker. There may have still been a tag like I have pictures of.

Only options the 90 cars had was Cruise Control. No power accessories.
What is the last 6 of your VIN . Tom |
kind of along the same lines, anyone know where I should look for a unit # on my '85 Utah unit? (if any)
|
Ahhh! Thanks! My Unit # is M0-198! Thanks to all!
"1989 Tx DPS SSP": Last 6 digits are 149431 |
I've also got some other tag above it that says: "INV. 149431". It is just above the other tag that says just "MO-198". What's the purpose of that tag other than to tell you the last 6 digits of the VIN? I didn't see any tag like that on the photos above!
