A heartfelt THANKS to my friends.
I thought I would take the time to say a big 'THANK YOU' to those who have helped me restore my SSP cars. Having restored a number of SSP's, I have found your resto info and photo documentation to be extremely helpful. I have enjoyed the many friendships, and gained much valuable information needed to properly restore my cars to as close to in-service condition as possible.
So to Mike C. and Roman, and Tony. and Eric, and Bernie, and Marcos, and Tom, and Mark, and Brian, and Andy, and Brett, and Matt, and Marlin, and Tom, and Rob, and Gregg, and Joe, and Bruce, and Bill, and Bob, and Paul, and Chris, and Gary, and John, and Alan, I say thanks for your help and friendship. I also want to thank Mike McC. (Imevil) because if not for him, we would not have such a wonderful place to hang out, nor would we have as thorough, complete, definitive, and correct Restoration area to help us with our projects. Lastly I would like to thank my producers, my agent, the directors, the staff and crew, and of course my wife for allowing me to have this much fun !! Peace :D |
Deja Vu, is that you David?

You're very welcome my friend!! :rollinglaugh:
|
Jim,
You are most certainly welcome, from the bottom of my heart. (V-Day IS quickly approaching....I accept Paypal, chocolate, and most importantly, any hard to find Mustang parts, not necessarily in that order). You all make this place great! :bouncy: |
Thank you Jim, I needed that. :)

Lol Gregg I don't think the writers could make this stuff up. However I do apologise for leaving out the "writers" in my speech. I blame it on my editing crew which was on a mandatory OSHA required poop break. ;) |

Chris..I had no idea you had a fotki album for my cars. I should just burn a cd and mail it to you and you can pick the ones you want to put up I guess. I had thought I posted a picture of the barn with cars....here is one that I was able to find pretty quick. |

you have FREE space!!! Remember the garage building creed...."no matter how big you build it, it's not big enough!"....so get busy and fill that empty space with MORE cars!!! :D I thought my shop would be big enough....and was VERY wrong, I've already moved my Cyclone and another car into the building next door and thinking about getting 2 more 40' sea containers! OH yeah....and you should join my self help group.....CCA....Car Collectors Anonymous....I'm not only the president, I am also a client! |

When I built the barn I vowed to make sure I had enough room for storage, plus a separate area to use as a shop, plus parts storage, a paint booth, and a place for the boat, truck and 2 car enclosed trailer (someday). So far it is actually working out. Before building it I sat down and drew the building to scale, with all the cars and other stuff drawn to scale inside to be sure. I have not built any of the interior walls yet so I dont have the parts rooms where I can build the shelves and put the parts up.....so they are all stacked on the floor. Hopefully this spring I can get some stuff inside done. I have set a time frame of about two more years to have it finished. Right now I am thrashing at college full time trying to have my BS degree by May of 09. It is amazing how once you get a big barn everyone wants to store stuff in there...."just for a couple months"....:) |

Uh...yeah, on that request....Just say No! Otherwise you end up being the free storage warehouse for years!!! |
