That is one clean pony.

Gearhead 07-17-2009 03:23 PM

Very, very nice !!! Auto or 5 speed ??

NoDrama43 07-17-2009 07:49 PM

5 speed, power windows and locks, rear defrost, MANUAL mirrors and no cruise, still has the original 2.73 rear end gears, am/fm cassette. one repaint of original color. The interior of the car has not been refurbished it is all original and looks like a new car. Carpet is like NOS still. as nice as you will find anywhere.

original owner added headers, sub frame connectors. It has a short throw shifter also. Ford MotorSports "c" springs. The car handles like its on rails but can be converted back to bone stock very easily. Ice cold A/C

NoDrama43 07-24-2009 07:16 PM

thanks. got alot of interest but the economy is not helping anything. I am going to a big show here sunday with it in the Pony Corral. Hopefully I can generate some interest...

NoDrama43 08-03-2009 06:07 PM

Took the car to the TRI State Mustang show. I was there 5 hours. Three different potential buyers.

S O L D it today, and the guy didn't even blink at the price !!!

Planning on buying some goodies for the barn/shop... I also needed to get the curators quarters ready for UNMRKD

CNTLOSE 08-03-2009 06:13 PM

MOstang 08-03-2009 06:16 PM

NoDrama43 08-11-2009 05:15 PM

Yea, thats true. My friend just got an '07 GT500 with 3k miles and $10k in parts already on it for $36k couldn't pass it up. Drives really nice, has almost everything Ford Racing makes on it. A guy I know in Quebec that races same track as me is running 10.1@137 with his and the TVS blower upgrade and smaller pulley. Of course alot of other mods.

I agree Jim, as nice as the Fox bodys are it's no contest when you compare them to the modern iron. I sold the low miles (37k) '91 LX 5.0 hatch I picked up as a Sunday driver after I test drove an '07 GT and ended up buying a new Bullitt and I haven't regretted it once since.

dsblk93gt 03-24-2010 09:15 PM

Where did my old car end up? This car sure made its rounds lol. Gary's bodyman did a great job on it.

NoDrama43 03-24-2010 11:19 PM

still sitting gathering dust, with a new quarterpanel installed.

SSPGARY 03-25-2010 04:31 PM

What! Did the 88 get in an accident!

NoDrama43 03-25-2010 05:51 PM

oops sorry. I had the wrong car in my head.

the 39k coupe went to a collector here is southern Ohio. He shows it periodically but mostly it sits in his garage as "garage art".

sorry for the confusion Gary, didn't mean to scare you. :)

CNTLOSE 03-25-2010 09:51 PM

I was wondering that too...glad we got that straight.
