Update on 1247
I have pulled the modded engine and trans. It did still had stock intake and exhaust on it, but the his intentions were to build a drag car. Heads were hogged out and ported; it was bored 30 0ver; big cam; ARP Studs and bolts; Trans had internal shift kit; 3500 stall converter etc. His plan was to buy and swap bolt on's as he could after getting it back running. I had a stock 91 GSP engine that came out of my 92 606/2217 GSP. It was pulled from a wrecked 91 and swapped in 2217 while "in service". It checks out real good so I'm putting it and a stock AOD back into 1247. I am currently planning on down sizing so this one will be sold very soon... |
