91 GSP

Here is the summation so far.

Here is the good stuff:

121k original miles.
Both buc tags,
cert speedo,
build sheet,
One key locking with all five locks intact and working.
GSP original roll bar,
vascar speedo cable still on it,
original numbers matching drivetrain
door vin label,
spare tire cover with decal,
all original body panels
still has GSP siren speaker mounted in it.
also has ASU siren speaker in it too
correct exhaust
original Ford AM/FM radio
not a speck of rust
not ONE ding in the either side of the car
one repaint over original
carpet does not have to be replaced.
I already have NOS correct seat material.
did I say build sheet.... :) that just damn near made my day !!!

the bad:

missing the Lestek alternator
broken fender extension passenger side
interior very faded. everything will need restored.
need to drop the tank, new fluids and filters, fresh fuel
missing a couple other small parts but shouldn't take much to get her back running.

I am exhausted from the last two days. i will get some pics up tomorrow hopefully.

It was a pleasure meeting you and your brother as well. I hope you enjoy the '93 silver coupe, stay in touch.

Relax folks - the '93 coupe mentioned above is not an SSP.

Congrats on your latest (probably not last, eh? ;) ) find Jim. Shoot, I think a visit to Ohio would be in order just to see your collection regardless of it's state of restoration!

No problem. We could have had a little SSP meeting, might have been a nice photo op. Maybe next time.....

I will be coming to the Atlanta area within the next couple of months. I will make it up to you then. Lunch on me !!:yes After my trip to Atlanta all the cars will finally be "home" and then the fun begins.

Maybe I should open a "Bed n Breakfast"? For your entertainment pleasure I can offer fishing, swimming, quad runner trails, shooting, football, volleyball, bicycling, exercise facility, car repair, hay rides, gardening, wood cutting, grill out picnic area, and last but not least barn tours and "Pony Drives".

Anytime anyone wants to stop over is fine. I have two spare bedrooms so if you are on a trip and need a place to stop and visit the door is always open. :)

We should plan a cookout or run somewhere...that would be a good time. I can check on getting us some friends & family hotel room rates, should be cheap. Jim that's great that you completed the cycle! John
