Providing he sent the correct Vin # originally (which is from a 88 GSP also) then evidently this GSP was wrecked in service and repaired with a donor door from a previously wrecked 88 GSP at HQ. So I may be documenting two in one 88 GSP's

Please do post pics. That has got to be one of the best documentation stories out there!

this one sounds very interesting. Can't wait to see your pictures. If it was repaired in service with other donor SSP parts, that's a cool history.

Ok guys,
I looked at it this morning. As far as I know William (ex91gsp) is planning on buying it. This is the last Vin of the 100 1988 GSP's (225817) and it does have a donor door from another 88 GSP Vin 225722. I believe once restored this will be one of the coolest GSP's out there. (Just my personal opinion) I hope it gets the attention it deserves :2thumbs:

Door label

Remember the 88 GSP Vin range is from 225718-225817

got the parts to fix already. interesting the 4th vin and the last vin of 88 in the same car. could have only been better with the first and last.
