Well, just got off the phone with the guy, he said he isnt selling it now, said he was going to fix it....

seems he got a whiff of this website and other website, hearing cash register ringing in his head, flipping mode! i guarantee you, he will sell it twice more when hes done fixing few items such as new passenger side a-arm and front windshield.. then FLIP it.
